Q: Can I track my delivery?
 
A: Yes. Simply go to the City Link website and follow the order tracking links. Enter the tracking number you recieved on your order confirmation email.
 
Q: Cancellation & Returns
 
A: You may cancel your order at any point until your order is in production (usually within 24 hours of order date) and receive a full refund. As every blind is custom made to your precise requirements, once made, our products are suitable only to you, and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned. Because of this it is extremely important that you are sure about the product that you want and also the size you require. We strongly recommend that you double check any measurements and take advantage of our free sample service to ensure that you order both the correct size and correct design. This does not affect your statutory rights.

A: Order online or speak to one of our helpful sales team on 0207 1275055. We can arrange visits for local areas or talk you through our E commerce shop..
 
Q: How will my blinds be delivered?
 
A: Your goods will be delivered by our dedicated carrier service. All deliveries are fully insured and a signature will be required on delivery. If we try to deliver your new blinds while you are out a card will be left giving details of your local collection point. You can contact this collection point to arrange a new convenient delivery time or call and collect the blinds yourself.
 
Q: If I dont want to pay online what do I do?
 
A: Simply telephone our call centre on 0207 1275055 and one of our advisors will be happy to process your order by telephone using your payment card.

We advise that you use the secure payment system intergrated into the site as then you know that you are paying in a secure area.

Q: What is the average delivery time for your products?
 
A: The average delivery time is 7 Working days although delivery is usually quicker. It really depends on the fabric and blind type. Check the fabrics specifications during the order process to see the estimated delivery time.
 
Q: What is your guarantee?
 
A: All blindshopuk.com window blinds come with a minimum of a full years manufacturers warranty. In addition we keep an extensive inventory of spares and components should these need replacing at a future date.
